Talese Fernbach, MASEP, of Inner Mind Fitness, is a Sport Psychology Consultant and a Mental Performance Coach. She has a Masters of Sport Exercise Psychology (MASEP), specializing in social, performance and health exercise psychology, with an additional kinesiology focus. She has also received extensive training in several psychology theories and techniques used within sport or performance psychology. Two of these techniques are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Talese is also a certified mediator and negotiator through the Dispute Resolution Center of Los Angeles. Talese has had extensive experience with athletes, performers, organizations, teams and coaches in shaping, molding and catapulting their performances to the next level.
Talese has co-taught a Psychological Skills for Peak Performance class at California State University Long Beach (CSULB) and worked extensively with college teams in the field of performance psychology. She's the current Mind Training coach at Mizuno Club Volleyball Program and works with organizations such as Cirque du Soleil, American Income Life Insurance Co. and Squar Milner to improve management and employee performance. For the past 12 years, she has also successfully managed her private practice through her business, Inner Mind Fitness.
