Over the years, Talese has evolved from working solely with athletes and performers to also working with organizations. Talese has learned that performance is a part of life on a daily basis, regardless of our titles, jobs or roles. The tools, techniques, philosophies and performance barriers identified when working in the sport or performance worlds are easily transferable to the world of organizations.
Talese has found that one of the best ways to improve performance within an organization is through improved communication and understanding of the roles and interdependence of all departments. This is achieved by working with leadership, management and employees, at all levels, within any organization. Performance starts from within an organization. By working with the employees, management and executives either individually or through workshops or trainings, organizations will end up with a group of people that will not only propel themselves but, their organization to the top of its performance. The desired organization performance will then be achieved.
Talese has worked with management and employees of organizations such as Squar Milner, Cirque du Soleil, and American Income Life Insurance on clearing away the organizational performance barriers and focusing on releasing optimal performance from within. This has fostered a healthy, positive and renewed performance perspective that has been invaluable to the productivity, performance and bottom line of the organization. An organization is only as good as the sum whole of its parts. Those parts are the people. Talese believes that improving performance begins with the people, at all levels, and is the most powerful way to get people out of their own way, pointed in the right direction and performing to their potential. The individual people ultimately release the performance potential of the organization.
