MANAGING WITHOUT LIMITS - GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY! 


In order to feel empowered, managers need to identify and break down the mental barriers that are restraining their performance. This interactive workshop will help managers identify and address their mental barriers to allow them to reach their performance potential. It’s a great way to get managers out of their comfort zone and to think outside the box. This will propel them into an expanded comfort zone and to a higher level of performance.  



BUILDING THE CONFIDENT MIND MUSCLE


This powerful workshop will get managers more focused on and tapped into their thoughts and feelings on confidence. They will explore their management beliefs, strengths, mindsets and philosophies. Managers will learn about Doubt Demons and work on elevating confidence and developing a confidence plan for when the Doubt Demons arise. Managers will discover the power of defining moments, positive self-talk and the CANS of their management performances. What managers focus on matters. If you keep the mind focused and positive, the confidence is allowed to flourish and build. This workshop leaves managers walking out the door feeling taller, stronger and more empowered. Managers will get a mental homework assignment to help build on and strengthen what was learned in the workshop.


THE UNLIMITED MIND MUSCLE WORKSHOP -WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE HOLDING YOU BACK?  

 

 Are you ready to get “unstuck”? 


This workshop focuses on the mind as a powerful tool that can propel us forward or hold us back in our life “performances”. Participants will tap into the power of their mind muscle through personal belief exploration, awareness exercises and mental discovery. Participants will identify their mental performance barriers and leave with more awareness of the mental power they already possess inside of them. This awareness will help them understand the “why” of feeling stuck and provide insight and tools to help alleviate that “stuck” feeling. Their energy will then be channeled in a forward direction.


  

THE MINDSET OF A CHAMPION - WOW!! WHO IS THAT? 


This workshop focuses on striving to be your best and how that starts with a strong understanding and knowledge of what that feels like, sounds like, looks like and ultimately is perceived in your performance mindset. A champion mindset will be customized and developed to meet your performance perception.  


THE MIND GAME WORKSHOP


This workshop will introduce performers to sport/performance psychology and the importance and power of mental training to enhance their performances. Competitions and performances are won or lost on the six-inch playing field between the ears. They will become aware of the role their minds play in either enhancing or impeding their performances. They will begin to tap into the concept and feeling of confidence through discussion, awareness and mental discovery. Performers leave with more awareness of the mental power they already possess inside of them. A mental homework assignment is provided to help strengthen and heighten their mental awareness and allow their mind to develop in a positive way.

FOCUSING THROUGH A PERFORMANCE WALL


This workshop will introduce the performer to the concept of “mental focus” and the importance and power of mental training to enhance their performances. They will identify some of their mental performance barriers and begin to learn about “hitting performance walls”. They will learn focus and mindfulness techniques to broaden and narrow their minds to help them break through their performance walls. Performers will also be introduced to how their judgments affect their focus. Homework is assigned to help them further develop some of their focusing skills.


PHILOSOPHIES AND COMMUNICATION - THE PILLARS OF COACHING OR MANAGEMENT

Every performer should know what their coach/manager expects and means when they communicate. Every coach/manager needs to develop a philosophy of coaching/managing from which to lead from. In this workshop, coaches/managers will develop their own coaching philosophies and learn how to effectively communicate with the performers of today.  


FEAR -  IS IT REALLY THAT SCARY?


Come discover what your performance fears are and learn how to positively dissect and navigate yourself through them. Where do fears really reside and what truly causes those fears? Start to realistically look at those fears, break them down and take away their power so,  you can release your performance potential.

Come learn how to positively navigate yourself and your performer through today's ever competitive world of performing.  Hear how you, as parents, can enhance and not impede their performances and empower their mental game.


GOAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS TO CHANGE AND CREATE THE ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE (Set of three workshops)


Goal setting focuses an athlete/performer on improving their mental and physical abilities. It’s a technique that athletes/performers develop in training. Goal setting allows the individual to influence their performance regardless of age or ability level. Goals are essential to assisting athletes/performers in achieving their desired physical and mental performances.

These workshops will help athletes/performers develop a physical or mental goal, depending on the chosen workshop focus. The first workshop focuses on developing the goal. The second workshop focuses on keeping track of the goal. The third workshop focuses on follow-up and seeing how well the goal is being tracked, met and maintained.


IMAGERY...IMAGERY....IMAGERY - CAN THE MIND TELL THE DIFFERENCE?


If a performer can’t imagine themselves effectively performing their particular performance, then how can their body execute it? The mind tells the body what to do. Research indicates that when individuals engage in vivid imagery, their brains interpret these images as being identical to the actual performance of the event. This is what makes imagery so powerful.

Imagery is a mental technique that programs the mind and body to respond optimally. Using imagery as a mental training tool allows performers to see and believe, which gives them the confidence and focus to perform successfully.

In this workshop, the participants will learn about imagery and receive powerful tips to perform imagery. They will be led through a guided imagery session that they can continuously use to enhance their performance.
